  • All you’ll need is a yoga mat, comfy clothes to move in, and an open mind. We’ll take care of the rest, guiding you through a supportive and transformative experience!

  • At our studio, you'll find a calm and welcoming atmosphere where you’ll be guided through poses and breathing techniques that improve flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. We offer modifications for all levels to ensure a safe and supportive experience, helping you grow at your own pace.

  • To ensure a positive experience for yourself and others, please keep these simple guidelines in mind:

    Arrive early: We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before class to settle in and get comfortable. Late admittance is not permitted once the class has begun.

    No Cell Phones in studios: Please silence or turn off your phone to maintain a distraction-free environment.

    Respect personal space: Be mindful of your fellow yogis and respect the space around your mat.

    Listen to your body: Move at your own pace and don’t hesitate to modify poses if needed.

    Keep the studios peaceful: Keep conversations to before or after class, and enjoy the quiet atmosphere as you practice.

    Mindful of scents: Please avoid strong perfumes or scented lotions to be considerate of others.

    Keep your mat clean: Bring a clean mat and wipe it down after class if necessary.

    Follow the instructor’s lead: Pay attention to the instructor's cues for safety, alignment, and mindful practice.
