  • I love taking yoga classes here. The staff is so friendly and approachable. The owner knows me by name and always welcomes me with a smile. They have a variety of classes for all skill levels and you don’t feel as an outsider if you can’t do a pose. I really enjoy classes here.

The best part is the cool towels at the end of class. Lots of class variety for different levels, intensity, heated or non-heated. There’s something for everyone. The studio also has showers. Love this location.

Cylie (owner) is so welcoming and kind, you feel like you've known her for years. No matter the class, I can go as light or push myself harder but each day it's a choice to go at my own pace. I am grateful to have found this studio and much needed safe space to escape for an hour a day and focus on myself.
