Sol to Soul Yoga was founded February 1, 2021.

Our mission at Sol to Soul is to offer a peaceful space where you feel supported in your yoga practice, can disconnect from distractions and to connect with peers to celebrate wellness, both mentally & physically.

Our Instructors & Staff

Our dedicated instructors and staff members offer warmth, encouragement and support to the communities they serve. All of our instructors are Certified Yoga Teachers with a wealth of experience and knowledge they are excited to share with you. All instructors offer options for those who may experience limited mobility and challenges for those who seek a bit more. We will meet you where you are in your practice.

Sol to Soul offers a variety of classes which include heated and non-heated yoga, workshops, and other movement inspired classes for all levels of movers. Whether you come to break a serious sweat or mellow out from an overwhelming day, there’s a class for every need.
