Studio Policies

All students are encouraged to pre-register for each class. Students may pre-register for class as early as one month in advance. Only enrolled students will receive notifications about substitutions and cancellations. You can enroll in class here on the website or through the Momence app.

No-shows and students who cancel with less than 2 hours notice will either forfeit their class or be charged the $10 cancellation fee. Our class sizes are limited so it's best to register for the classes you are confident you will attend.

Want to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your membership? Let us know! Fill out the Membership Change Form under the Pricing tab. We require email notification at least 14 days prior to the next billing date for the change to be applied.

You can hold your membership for a max of 30 days per calendar year. You must submit your request via email to info@soltosoulyoga.com at least 7 days prior to next billing date.

Sol to Soul only accepts debit/credit card or ACH payments. A processing fee is applied to each payment at checkout.
All sales are final, there are no cash/credit refunds - account credits only.

Class Size: In the occurrence that a class falls below 3 attendees, Sol to Soul reserves the right to cancel the class. All clients enrolled in the class will be notified by email.
Substitutions: Life happens and sometimes a teacher may need a substitute. The sub will be posted as soon as we have notice, however, last minute subs can happen with little to no notice.
Inclement Weather: Depending on the severity & road conditions we may cancel classes. Sol to Soul will decide by 9pm for the first 2 classes of the next day. The following classes will be on a case by case basis. Enrolled clients will be notified by email in the event of a cancellation. Watch for changes to the schedule on our social media, here on our website or in the Momence app.
