To ensure a positive experience for yourself and others, please keep these simple guidelines in mind:
Arrive early: We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before class to settle in and get comfortable. Late admittance is not permitted once the class has begun.
No Cell Phones in studios: Please silence or turn off your phone to maintain a distraction-free environment.
Respect personal space: Be mindful of your fellow yogis and respect the space around your mat.
Listen to your body: Move at your own pace and don’t hesitate to modify poses if needed.
Keep the studios peaceful: Keep conversations to before or after class, and enjoy the quiet atmosphere as you practice.
Mindful of scents: Please avoid strong perfumes or scented lotions to be considerate of others.
Keep your mat clean: Bring a clean mat and wipe it down after class if necessary.
Follow the instructor’s lead: Pay attention to the instructor's cues for safety, alignment, and mindful practice.
