YOGA HIIT
This challenging yoga class is infused with HIIT, designed to increase cardio efforts and will help you release toxins, burn calories that you seek to release!


POWER YOGA
A slower harder yoga class focused on strength building, you will feel the muscles engage and power up!


VARIATIONS
This class works up to one or more peak poses that changes with each class. Every teacher offers their own expression and difficulty to keep you grounded and curious.

SEQUENCE
This class is based off of the Bikram method that will help detox your body through sustained poses and mindful shifts between.


GENTLE FLOW
Gentle flow helps us focus our attention on movement, breath, and alignment.  Because we move at a slower pace, there is time to more deeply explore and notice how our body moves.


YIN
A perfect way to end your day, Yin is the opposite of our more challenging classes. Each pose is gently held for up to 2 minutes.


CANDLELIGHT UNWIND
This evening Hatha based class has you move from pose to pose with full attention to breath and body connection. You will feel soothed by the candlelights to help you relax fully.
