Our Class Offerings

We offer both heated and non-heated classes for all levels. Whether you’d like to turn up the heat or tune out the noise (or both!), there’s something to help you fill your cup.

Sol Flow

Looking to mix things up? Sol flow is an all level class that’s tailor-made by each instructor offering your fresh transitions through poses known and new! You’ll explore a healthy challenge and be encouraged you to test your boundaries mentally & physically.

Sol Flow: Essentials

New to Vinyasa flow? This class is for you! You’ll learn key poses, alignment and modifications to help you build your vinyasa practice and feel confident with your yoga flow.

Therapeutic

is a gentle and restorative practice that utilizes props to support movement in and through poses. This class is ideal for those with limited mobility, those recovering from illness or injury, and those seeking a gentle, soulful practice.

Yin

is a passive yoga practice targeting deep tissue, fascia networks and connective tissue in the lower half of the body, which holds a lot of our stress. Each pose is gently held for up to 2 minutes to encourage release of tensions and deep relaxation.

Yang/Yin

is a class that offers the duality of energizing asanas with a long restorative ending. During the first part of class you will move through a gentle vinyasa inspired flow and finish with mindfully held deep stretches. You will leave feeling balanced and peaceful.

Relax & Restore

is a Restorative based practice encouraging us to slow down from the hustle and bustle of every day. The use of props during this practice helps ease you into stretches and support you eliminating strain. This meditative practice helps you embrace the power of rest.

Gentle Flow

is a perfect class for someone newer to yoga or would prefer a slower paced class. Similar to Sol flow, each class is unique and offers more time in each pose for a meditative practice.

Power Sculpt

If you're looking to try something a little different, add some intensity and/or jam out, this may be the class for you! This class is a combination of Power yoga and interval training. It’s designed to build strength and range of motion within your body. Enjoy some challenging movements and finish with juicy stretches and a long savasana.

Your practice is just for you. This is not a competition, no need to compare and no benefit of trying to force yourself into any pose. Celebrate your body as it is today and honor your breath as you move into stillness.
